Payment Terms & Conditions Anthony Paul Maintenance Ltd
Once we receive your written instructions or a purchase order, which will be deemed as as acceptance of the quotation which you (The customer) are happy to proceed Anthony Paul Maintenance Ltd may ask for a 50% holding deposit on some orders.
Once the works have commenced and/or has neared or has completed by 50% we hold the right to invoice you the final invoice payment to be processed and paid within 28 days of invoice date. invoice payments strictly within (28) days of invoice date to avoid incurring interest charges unless agreed in writing. You must notify us immediately if you require more time to process the total outstanding due payment.
Snagging work / projects which have been completed or being finalized undergoing an agreed list to complete can not be used in conjunction to delay the payment outlined owned on the agreed invoice. All parts and materials supplied on invoices remain the property of Anthony Paul Maintenance Ltd until the due balance is finalised. if not paid in full within the specified period date of invoice you agree and will be subject to a 30% penalty surcharge cost.
After which time the following terms will apply. If no payment or notification is received by (You) the debtor the following action will follow 1. a letter of action (to be sent when the payment is 7 days overdue) 2. a letter before action (to be sent 14 days overdue) 3. a letter before action (a ‘final demand’ to try and extract payment, will be sent).
After (31 days overdue) this action unpaid invoices will be passed to our soliciting/debt collection agent without further notice to you. This action may result in loss of credit rating and court action against you or your company. you or your company will also be responsible for all recovery and/or legal fees.

Goods And Services Anthony Paul Maintenance Ltd
The prices quoted are valid for acceptance for a period of 14 days from date of quotation.
The prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at the rate applicable to the supply date. invoices submitted for payment are payable strictly 28 days from invoice date, unless agreed in writing otherwise. Arrangements for works to commence will be made upon receipt of an official order.
All goods supplied will remain the property of Anthony Paul Maintenance Ltd until such time they are paid for in full.
Service calls will consist of routine maintenance visits and reporting in accordance with the responsibility structure of the quote. additional calls-outs or abortive calls will be chargeable at current standard call out rates.
Whilst Anthony Paul Maintenance Ltd will take reasonable steps to ensure that the services and materials are provided by them under the quotation without undue delay, Anthony Paul Maintenance Ltd cannot be held responsible or liable in any way for delays due to circumstances outside their reasonable control.
The client agrees to operate the systems in accordance with the advice and instructions of Anthony Paul Maintenance Ltd.
No liability will be accepted for any loss, damage or delays arising as a result of the client’s failure to comply with this requirement.
- a) Anthony Paul Maintenance Ltd will not be liable for any consequences of any act or omission under this quotation, where such an act or omission arose either directly or indirectly from the provision of inaccurate or incomplete information from the client.
2.b) It is the responsibility of the client to advise Anthony Paul Maintenance Ltd as to the full extent of any system(s) upon which works are to be carried out, and to advise all building occupants of works and when the works are to be carried out, Anthony Paul Maintenance Ltd will accept no responsibility for delays as a result of occupants being unavailable. in the interests of heath and safety it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that system (s) remain unused throughout the duration of the works.
Under no circumstances will Anthony Paul Maintenance Ltd be liable for any loss, or of profit, or of any quotation, or damage that may be suffered by the client.
All information supplied by Anthony Paul Maintenance Ltd including but not limited to details and costs of our products and services, shall be regarded by the client as confidential, and will remain the property of Anthony Paul Maintenance Ltd. this information will not be divulged or revealed by the customer to any third party with the express permission and or knowledge and written agreement of Anthony Paul Maintenance Ltd.
Anthony Paul Maintenance Ltd service contract will commence on the specified date and shall continue until the specified date of expiry, at which time a new quotation for the next period will be submitted.
Anthony Paul Maintenance Ltd will be entitled to immediately cancel the agreement to provide products, service to the client without the client not complying with any written recommendation provided by Anthony Paul Maintenance Ltd during the course of the agreement.
Any sums due to Anthony Paul Maintenance Ltd s in respect of products or services provided remain outstanding for more than 28 days from date of the invoice. The client becoming bankrupt, or put into administration, a receiver appointed or put into liquidation.
Maintenance Contracts / Termination
The following describes the terms of service conditions of use for our Anthony Paul Maintenance Ltd website.
Please be aware that Anthony Paul Maintenance Ltd may sub-contract the performance of the contract in whole or in part. The contract is strictly between the company and the buyer as principals and shall not be assignable by the buyer without the express written consent of the company.
Termination of a contract before the date of expiry may be exercised by either party by giving one months notice or in writing.
Termination of contract. Clients who use our services including Planned Preventive Maintenance Services (PPM) on a continuous basis and wish to have the contract terminated must confirm in writing 30 days notice period is required. All outstanding payments must be fulfilled and settled within the 30 days notice period or agreed in principal. Planned Preventive maintenance Services, (PPM) All agreed and paid annual service contract agreement costs are non-refundable.
The agreements made between the client and Anthony Paul Maintenance Ltd shall in all respects be construed and operated as an english contract and in conformity with english law.
